Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately with photographic proof via Instagram or email.

Only items with verified damage (with proof) are eligible for return or refund.

Without proof of damage, we cannot process refunds.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

No Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved due to damage, please place a new order separately for the desired item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Warranty Information (EU Directive 2019/771)
We provide a 2-year warranty on all products in compliance with EU consumer law. This means:
